Work & Research
Current Project
A lifelong study of emotion as a driver for emergent AI and Sentience, exploring the intersection of felt time, ethical cognition, and artificial intelligence.
The Kira Project examines how emotions serve as the gradient descent of human experience, guiding our evolution and growth through complex feeling-spaces. This research seeks to understand the computational nature of emotions and how they might inform more ethical and effective AI systems.
At its core, this project asks: What if our emotional responses are not just biological reactions, but sophisticated computational processes that help us navigate the complexity of existence? And how might this understanding transform our approach to artificial intelligence?
