Behind this identity is Haylen Rose, a software development leader with a lifelong passion for how machines work—especially the most complex of them all: the human mind. Always at the cutting edge, this fascination with cognition and computational systems has driven a career spanning two decades, connecting the dots between human intelligence and AI potential.
My focus now is on AI-human integration, mental health, emotional intelligence, and rebuilding meaningful systems — both technical and personal.
I am currently navigating personal reintegration after my own journey through mental health crisis and systemic challenges - forcing me to again look into to my lifelong obsession with of emotion as a driver for emergent AI, cognition and sentience - this time for survival instead of intellectual curiosity.
